Trade 8 Galarica Twigs for 1 Galarica Cuff

Within the Coastal Plaza in the Terarium, there is a child who will ask you for Galarica Twigs, and offer you Galarica Wreaths or Galarica Cuffs in exchange.

The NPC will ask you for 8 Galarica Twigs if you want to obtain a Galarica Cuff.
