With the release of the Indigo Disk DLC, Milcery also had a mass outbreak at an increased spawn rate!
Milcery encountered at these Mass Outbreaks had a boosted chance of being Shiny! Note that Milcery will only appear in the Terarium.

From December 8 to 21, the Pokemon Flabebe and Litwick appeared throughout Paldea and Kitakami respectively with an increased spawn rate!
The Pokemon encountered at these Mass Outbreaks had a boosted chance of being Shiny! Note that Flabebe only appeared in Paldea, meanwhile Litwick only appeared in Kitakami.
Mass Outbreak Events Schedule and Pokemon
To join this mass outbreak event, you needed to connect your game to the Internet to update the game data. Once done, the Pokemon should start appearing on your map!
To connect to the Internet, simply press the X button to open the menu and press the L button to connect to the Internet.
Since Mass Outbreaks feature increased spawn rates of a specific Pokemon, this is a good time to hunt for a Shiny Variant of these Pokemon!
Make and consume Sparkling Power Sandwiches, and use the Picnic Reset Method to make your shiny hunt easier!
Shiny Hunting Guide and Shiny Odds
Since Mass Outbreaks feature increased spawn rates of a specific Pokemon, this is a good time to hunt for a Shiny Pokemon with a special Mark!
Stock up on Sandwiches and Pokeballs to help you catch a Pokemon with the mark you want!
