While Solid Rock may reduce the damage of incoming super-effective attacks, Rhyperior still doesn't want to get hit by Water and Grass-type attacks. Save your Terastallization for the opportune moment to get an uncontested knockout.
Rhyperior appreciates teammates who can knock out its harder matchups so that it can safely switch in.

Alolan Ninetales is led to set up screens for its team to help them better tank attacks. It can also be used as a special attacker after it has used Aurora Veil.
Rhyperior can become a difficult threat to deal with if it's put in a strong spot where it can survive hits and get knockouts.
Hearthflame Ogerpon is one of the strongest Pokemon right now that also counters almost all of Rhyperior's weaknesses.

Dusclops can set up Trick Room for Rhyperior, allowing it to sweep in Trick Room conditions. Torkoal also fulifills the same role as Trick Room sweeper, whose Sun can also reduce the effectiveness of Water-type Attacks on Rhyperior and itself.
Venusaur gives the team a fast mode, being a fast attacker, as well as a disrupive menace with Sleep Powder.
