Turn 2 Bulk Up
On Turn 2 after reseting your Pokemon's stats, Hisuian Decidueye would use Bulk Up to boost its Attack and Defense.
Swords Dance After It Raises It's Shield
After putting up its shield, Hisuian Decidueye would remove negative effects on its side and it boosted its Attack with Swords Dance.
Use Clear Smog to Remove Stat Buffs
While moves like Taunt and Haze can prevent or remove stat buffs, these moves won't work while Hisuian Decidueye has it's shield up. Clear Smog bypasses this since it is considered to be an attack and will negate any stat buffs through the shield.
Unaware Ignores Attack Boosts
Use Pokemon with the Unaware ability like Skeledirge or Clodsire as a counter to Hisuian Decidueye since they ignore any stat boosts that it gets.

Hisuian Decidueye in a Different Pokeball
Due how Tera Raids operate, it is possible to capture a Hisuian Decidueye in any Poke Ball you desire. Before this, you would have needed to have a copy of Legends:Arceus and evolve a Rowlet in a different Poke Ball via HOME Transfer.
This will also be the first time a Hisuian Decidueye can be legally obtained in a Master Ball!

How to Join 7-Star Hisuian Decidueye Raid Event
Is the DLC Required for This Event?
The Teal Mask DLC is Not Required to Participate in this Event
This is the first 7-Star Tera Raid Event that will run after the release of Part 1 of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's DLC: The Teal Mask. Just like the Slither Wing and Iron Moth Raids, it is not required to purchase the DLC to join the Tera Raid Event.
Unlock 6-Star Tera Raids to Participate
Hisuian Decidueye normally cannot be found in Paldea, making the 7-Star Event Hisuian Decidueye quite the catch, but you have to fight it in a Black Crystal Tera Raid.
These raids are tough, so trainers will have to prepare in advance. It's also recommended to complete the post-game before you participate. Players who are in earlier points of the game can still join via Link Code, but it is highly discouraged since these 7-Star raids will be extremely difficult.
How to Unlock 6-Star Raids and List of Pokemon
Black Tera Raids vs. Normal Tera Raids
Remember that Black Tera Raid symbols on the map do not come in any other color except black. Meanwhile, normal Tera Raid symbols are colored according to the Tera Type of the Pokemon in them.
When you're looking for the Tera Raid with the 7-Star Hisuian Decidueye, keep your eyes peeled for a Black Tera Raid symbol on the map with the Grass-type icon.

You are able to join Event Raid Dens online. When the event is live, you can use our Tera Raid Board to coordinate a team to take it down!
