Teal Mask DLC Version 2.0.2 Patch Release Date and Time

Version 2.0.2 is Now Available!

The 2.0.2 Version Update was rolled out on October 12, 2023. Pokemon's Japanese X account has announced that the version 2.0.2 Update has been released and listed in details what this update contains.

This was the first update after the 2.0.1 update for the release of the Teal Mask DLC and aims to fix bugs that were found in that update.

Trainer Battle Victory Bug

Fixed an issue where your victory against a trainer may not be recorded under certain conditions, preventing you from progressing certain sidequests or getting rewards for winning such as from League Officials in Paldea and the Kitakami Ogre Clan.

Players who have defeated all of the Trainers in Paldea and Kitakami have reported an inability to progress against the Kitakami Ogre Clan when defeating their members. It appears that the game has a memory limit on how many successful trainer battles it can register, but this issue has been fixed after updating your game.

Bug Involving Pokemon Transfered from Pokemon GO

It was not currently possible to transfer certain special Pokemon to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet via Pokemon HOME if those Pokémon came from Pokemon GO, even if a Pokemon of the same species was already obtained in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet prior to version 1.3.2.
