Snivy appears on the plains in the northeast corner of the Savanna Biome in the Terarium. Fly to the Coastal Rest Area fly point, then travel south and cross to the Savanna Biome to reach this area. Snivy will only appear in this location after completing the Boost Biodiversity in the Savanna Biome Support Board request.
