Serperior for Pikachu. I host or join online raids, it will most likely work solo. Make sure it has contrary for ability, so debuffs turn into buffs, leaf storm 🍃 will boost your special attack 2 stages. Knock off destroys Pikachus held item. Sunny day to destroy the rain.

A Ogerpon works well when holding a miracle seed

Rejoice anyone who took Meowscarada for a starter - can easily solo with Shell Bell equipped

Lurantis is 5 star it can solo Pikachu easily and fast if one of the teammates have a arboliva. Just sunny day, leaf storm 3 times then terastallize and use solar beam.

I don't know if it's just me being lucky, but the Gastrodon build previously recommended for 7star Greninja is working wonders for me in the 7star Pikachu raids. Curious if anyone else is using it too.

Don't forget, Pikachu can learn nasty plot, it can sweep you in just 3 turns when it maxes it's special attack boosts And with a light ball, it can OHKO anything unless it has a special defense stat boost probably

Just a reminder because I forgot the Wo-chien ability is bad for others if someone is a physical attacker, I think it would do best as a solo raid counter.

I’m rolling with Wo-Chien for this raid: -growth (turns 2-4) -ingrain (turn 1) -giga drain (big root item) -energy ball

Also snarl could help too with a good support build.

Is Wo-chien a possible pokemon to use to counter Pikachu? It has grass typing, great Special defense, and has access to some support moves, mainly being light screen and sunny day. It can also learn giga drain for some nice recovery while dealing alright damage and terastallize after 3 attacks. Not sure what else I could do for Wo-chien, but I definitely think it will be a solid choice against the 7 star Pikachu.
