Best Pokemon to Solo Mismagius

Use Physical Attackers (With Taunt)

Mismagius has a high Special Defense stat, so it is best to use physical attacks to damage and defeat it. It also uses Mystical Fire to lower the target's Special Attack, which means special attackers are not a good match up against it.

It also has a high Special Attack stat, so avoid using Ghost-type Pokemon to counter a Mismagius with a Ghost Tera Type. Focus on using Dark-type Pokemon instead, particulary physical attackers that can take advantage of Mismagius' lower Defense stat.

By aligning a Pokemon's original Type with its Tera Type and using a move of that same Type, you can deal maximum damage. Therefore, if you are unsure of what Tera Type to go with, that is a great starting point for using Drifblim and Mismagius in story playthroughs or Tera Raids.

You can obtain Ghost or Flying Tera Type Drifblim and Ghost Tera Type Mismagius by catching wild Drifloon or Misdreavus with those Tera Types, but they can also appear fully-evolved in these Tera Raids with those Tera Types and better IVs compared to those caught in wild encounters.
