The thing is. Never attack until you're buffed in Defense and Sp. Attack. After you're buffed, you can backstab Cinderace. If you feel you're low HP, better use the Call Heal Up! This is the strat: DONT attack. First, buff your Pokémons, specially the Def and Sp Attack. Around 4-6 turns, then you can attack. Once you're 100 buffed you can backstab him. (S Slowbro here)

Bring something maxed in hp and defense, not weak vs fire/fighting/flying. If a player mon faints, cinderace's shield goes up and resets the cooking slowbro.
