You can obtain Grepa Berry from auctions that take place in the market area in Porto Marinada. You need to make the highest bid to obtain the item successfully.
Auctions in Porto Marinada are unlocked after clearing Cascarrafa's Gym Challenge, and the featured items will change daily both in-game and in real-time but can be manually rerolled by closing the game and advancing the time of your console by 72 minutes.
If the merchant doesn't sell any items, make sure to change the date on your Switch's system to refresh their inventory.

You can obtain a Grepa Berry from Shiny Drops found in water or patches of grass growing in the Canyon Biome. There are a mix of available Berries from these drops, so be patient when trying to pick out a specific one!
