Trade 10 Sinsitea Chips from an NPC in Zapapico to get a Malicious Armor in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV). See the effects of Malicious Armor as well as how to find and obtain it.

How to Get Malicious Armor
Located at Zapapico by Trading Sinistea Chips in Violet Version
An NPC in Zapapico will offer you Malicious Armor for 10 Sinistea Chips. When you have the materials, simply talk to the woman and exchange items to get a Malicious Armor.
Note that this is only available in Pokemon Violet, and you need to trade the item from someone if you have Pokemon Scarlet.

Wild Sinistea drop 1-2 Sinistea Chips when defeated or caught, which you need to be able to trade for a Malicious Armor.
The most reliable location to encounter Sinistea is in the ruins in South Province (Area Six), which is difficult to reach, and requires the Jump Upgrade for your Miraidon by defeating the Lurking Steel Titan near Zapapico.
To get there, go south along the path from the central Pokemon Center in West Province (Area One) until you reach a cave with high level Pokemon. You'll then find the town of Alfornada on the other end, where the ruins are.
Although Sinistea is available right outside Zapapico, they are in small numbers, and even after eating a Sandwich which boosts Ghost-type Pokemon Encounters, you'll have a tough time getting the materials you need.

To reach Zapapico, you must have the Swim Upgrade for Miraidon, which is unlocked by defeating the Open Sky Titan on the west end of the map.

Only Obtainable in Pokemon Violet
Malicious Armor can only be obtained if you are playing Pokemon Violet. If you have Pokemon Scarlet and want to evolve your Charcadet into Ceruledge, you need to trade the item from someone who has the other version of the game.
