Reduce Opponent's Health by 50% of Current HP

All of the Treasures of Ruin can learn Ruination, a move that damages the target for 50% of its current HP.

This move is handy against tanky Pokemon with full HP, although will become less useful as the target's health decreases.

Additionally, the move is not effective during Tera Raid Battles as it will not reduce a raid boss' health to half when used on them at the start of the raid.
