In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, completing the Pokedex and catching all 400 Pokemon may take you 50 to 70 hours.

This includes trading to get version exclusives and Starter Pokemon, as well as getting eggs through the picnic feature for certain pre-evolutions. There are also some Pokemon with more difficult evolution requirements which can be quite tedious. As the games are open world however, with all of the Pokemon appearing in the overworld, its never been easier to catch them all!

If you are a completionist and want to 100% the game, it might take you more than 100 hours to do so.

These are just a few things you can do to extend your playthrough.

There is no one rule that fits all when it comes to what constitutes 100% completion. You can decide for yourself what a 100% run is.
