Red Bell Pepper is the best ingredient to add in your Sandwich recipe when catching Fire-Type Shiny Pokemon. When you go for a picnic, go to Creative mode and add 3 pieces of Red Bell Pepper with 2 Pickles and 1 Cucumber, and 2 Herba Mystica to get Sparkling Power: Fire Lv. 3.

In Addition, this recipe will also give you Title Power: Fire Lv. 3 and Item Drop Power: Fire Lv. 3, which increases the chances of finding Fire-type Pokemon with Titles, and TM Materials you obtain from defeating wild Pokemon, respectively.
