This build will take advantage of Goodra's high Attack and Special Defense stats to become an anti-Special Attack Pokemon that will obliterate low-Defense enemies with Power Whip and Dragon Claw. If you want to have more PPs at your disposal, you can replace Power Whip with Dragon Breath instead.

To last longer in battle, use Rain Dance and it'll heal itself with the Hydration ability. Give Goodra a Muscle Band and an Adamant Nature to boost its moves. To boost Goodra further, use Curse to raise its Attack and Defense at the cost of Speed.

Goodra Best Nature

Nature & Stat Changes Explanation
Adamant
Atk, SpAtk
Anti-Special Attack

The Adamant Nature boosts Goodra's Attack stat, making it more dangerous toward Pokemon with low Defense. With its Special Defense stat of 150, Goodra may just be one of the best anti-Special Attack Pokemon you can get.
Sassy
SpDef, Speed
Anti-Special Attack Tank

If you want to make Goodra even tankier against Special Attacks, make it have a Sassy Nature to raise its Special Defense at the cost of Speed. Use in tandem with Curse and make sure the Pokemon you're facing only has one or so Physical Attack moves up its sleeve.
