GTA 6's first trailer, although was supposed to be released on the 5th, had to be released 10 hours earlier due to the video getting leaked and circulating fast online.
November 8, 2023
GTA 6's existence was formally announced on November 8, 2023 during GTA 5's 10-year anniversary, wherein the official Rockstar Games' Twitter(X) account stated in the thread that they will be releasing the first trailer for GTA 6 a month later.
