    There is no Dondozo one, the Tatsugiri was the actual titan and the Dondozo was just it's partner it was working through, at least I have not seen a Dondozo myself and the reasoning of the Tatsugiri was the actual titan seems reasonable enough to me as to why there wouldn't be a Dondozo out there.

    Tatsugiri is in the exact same place that you had to first interact with him to start the false dragon titan battle, sitting on the edge of that island.

    The girl in front of the flower shop to the west of Mesagoza city? I think you mean the lady in front of the compass shaped flower patch in the western part of Mesagoza City.

    I've found the tatsugiri former titan in violet but not dondozo. Are both in the area?

    Something to mention: They're more than just shiny locked. Everything is preset. Gender, nature, known moves, ability, level, Tera and IVs are all locked. Most of that is to be expected, but gender and nature being locked is surprising.

    It's real, at least I've found the Klawf, Bombirdier and Tatsugiri so far, with the "Former Titan" mark.
