Your description says "best tera type to have is fighting" but then your graphic slightly below that says that the tera type should be "ghost."
Life orb is better than punching glove, the 10% damage increase is outclassed by life orb as using drain punch will recover hp. And most tera raid Pokemon have their hidden abilities, almost all tera Pokemon hidden abilities aren't the ones that you get in contact to activate.
Annihilape used taunt, Cinderace used acrobatics, Rest In Peace Annihilape.
The default build would benefit from the removal of Close Combat and the addition of Drain Punch for a recovery option. Life Orb should then be switched to Punching Glove in order to support increased attack for both Rage Fist and Drain Punch. Bulk Up and Drain Punch early for survivability to build up Rage Punch attack bonus as the Terastallized win condition. There's no point in using Close Combat, which lowers your defense, in this strategy.
You need to add 'change terra type to ghost' to your list. Primeape is only going to have fighting terra type by default.
