Pokemon Scarlet and Violet (SV) Walkthrough Comments
They really made a step back from sword and sheild in customizing your character via outfits. they could make the outfits gender neutral shirts, jackets and etc. and shorts and pants. not just have people stuck In a school uniform FOR THE WHOLE GAME! at least give us a option to change to uniforms shirt or bottoms like mix match them That is my only complaint about this game and I’m not the only one
totally
I don't think they were going for gender inclusivity, but rather they did their best to make the character androgynous. That way, no one can complain about feeling left out, seeing as EVERYONE'S left out.
I think they should at least give the OPTION to wear a skirt if you want to. Its one thing that they wanted to not exclude anyone and for all girls to wear skirts. But is no skirts at all really the pot of gold here? I myself just hate the shorts. Sorry but...no. If I could choose between different shorts, colors and stuff that would be the absolute best. For me it seems pointless to change anyting. Cause most of the very cool stuff just don't fit with the uniforms imo. Why they do this?
let’s be clear the problem is the utterly appalling complete lack of effort to provide any options whatsoever, but in the case of only having one set of uniforms then making the girls’ ones feature skirts would only be EVEN WORSE it is now. it’s unacceptable they gave us no options but the idea that this was a deliberate decision with inclusivity in mind is utterly ridiculous TOTALLY MADE UP IN YOUR HEAD just sayin
Many ways to customise to make up for this? I absolutely don't care if I can have like 50 different styles of eyebrows. The clothes make up the biggest part of my character and that's what needs to be customisable first and foremost. If at least they went for some neutral jeans and t-shirt variant, that would already have been fine with me. But not if they force me to wear a damn school uniform for the entirety of the game.
Ugh these uniforms are the only thing players can wear? Big mistake game freak. The Scarlet uniform looks downright awful with the orange/red compared to yellow/blue. They better update this game by adding in new outfits, or at least customisable uniform and not the seasonal uniforms, bleh.
Ahh yes, to make it gender inclusive they removed all dress and skirt options. So.... inclusive.
sucks to be a girl
It's a shame that they didnt add skirts
