Once you complete 10 Solo Blueberry Quests and get a Moltres Treat from Snacksworth, Moltres will show up on the peak of the rock formations northwest of the Asado Desert Watchtower near Cascarrafa.

Moltres can be encountered via Solo Blueberry Quests in both Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, so you can play any version of the game and still get the chance to catch it.

Unfortunately for Shiny hunters, all Legendary Pokemon encounters that involve treats are Shiny locked. This means that you will not be able to encounter any Shiny Legendaries no matter how many times you reset.

You need to complete 10 Solo Blueberry Quests, which are colored blue, in The Indigo Disk DLC to get a Legendary Treat from Snacksworth.

If you don't get the required treat for this Pokemon, you can simply relaunch the game and talk to Snacksworth again until you get the one you want!
