Once you complete 10 Solo Blueberry Quests and get a Zapdos Treat from Snacksworth, Zapdos will show up on top of the Poco Path Lighthouse, near Los Platos (East).

Zapdos can be encountered via Solo Blueberry Quests in both Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, so you can play any version of the game and still get the chance to catch it.

Unfortunately for Shiny hunters, all Legendary Pokemon encounters that involve treats are Shiny locked. This means that you will not be able to encounter any Shiny Legendaries no matter how many times you reset.

Pokemon SV Indigo Disk - Snacksworth

You need to complete 10 Solo Blueberry Quests, which are colored blue, in The Indigo Disk DLC to get a Legendary Treat from Snacksworth.

If you don't get the required treat for this Pokemon, you can simply relaunch the game and talk to Snacksworth again until you get the one you want!
