You need to complete 10 Solo Blueberry Quests, which are colored blue, in The Indigo Disk DLC to get a Legendary Treat from Snacksworth.

If you don't get the required treat for this Pokemon, you can simply relaunch the game and talk to Snacksworth again until you get the one you want!
