5★ Lv. 75 Paldea

Eevee can be found as a rare spawn in the South Province (Area Two) and as an uncommon spawn in the West Province (Area Three).

These areas are accessible early on in the story, which means that the Eevee spawns will be low-leveled, making them easier to catch.

Fastest to Obtain at Northwest of Cortondo

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet - Easy Spotting of Eevee

The best place to find and catch Eevee is near the Gym Test area, northwest of Cortondo in South Province (Area Two). This area is compact and easy to navigate, allowing you to circle the spot with ease until you find an Eevee.

How to Spawn Eevees Fast

You can get Eevee to spawn faster by using the Picnic Table Method. Setting up a picnic and ending it immediately can reset the spawns of nearby Pokemon. So as long as you're within Eevee's spawn range, you can constantly do this method until you manage to find one!

How to Force Respawn Wild Pokemon

Make a Sandwich to Increase Its Spawn Rate

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet - Make a Sandwich to Increase Its Spawn Rate

You can make a sandwich with an Encounter Power: Normal to increase Igglybuff's spawn rate in the area. Combine this with the Picnic Table Method to increase the chances of Igglybuff appearing in the wild.

Northwest of Cortondo near the gym challenge area only spawns Jigglypuff, Igglybuff, and Eevee. During very heavy thunderstorms, Jigglypuff and Igglybuff get blown away off screen. If you have a Normal Encounter Sandwich active, the Jigglypuff and Igglybuff that spawn will get blown away, leaving nothing but the eevee. Really helpful when shiny hunting.
