This is a guide to the Strife Skill in Monster Hunter Rise (MH Rise): Sunbreak. Learn what the Strife Skill does at each level, which Armor and Decorations have this skill, and our builds that use Strife.

The effect provided by Strife depends on how much red health gauge remains. Maximum effect is achieved as long as you're above 60% red health, and the effect diminishes a bit when going below it.

Like Resentment, Strife is only activated when you have red health. This can be paired with skills that apply self-damage such as Dereliction and Bloodlust.
Because Strife only gives its highest stat bonuses when 60% of red health, it is best paired with Berserk.
