This is a guide to collecting Raftshells for the Plump and Juicy Quest in Monster Hunter Rise (MH Rise). Learn the best path to get all the Raftshells and the locations of each of them.

The video above is applicable for all ranks as the gathering points are exactly the same regardless of rank.
Raftshell can be gathered from Oyster Beds just like Boatshells. However, Raftshells are exclusive to the Low Rank Frost Islands. Note that since Oyster Beds look like boats, you'll have to look for them on water.
To maximize your gathering, equip Geologist Lv. 2 from the Leather Amor Set or the Guild Cross Armor Set. Also, look out for an Upsurge of Local Items in Expedition Tours to the Frost Islands.
You can use your Palamute when you go on expeditions to farm certain items as you can use their Sniff 'em Out! ability to help you look for farming nodes!

| 1 |  Head to the southwest edge of the water in Area 5 to find the first Oyster Bed. |

| 2 |  Climb up the mountain and enter the watery area with a broken bridge and lots of rocks. Look around the water for the second node. |
| 3 |  Look for the third node to the west. It should still be on the water within the area. |
| 4 | Head to the southeast of the water to find a hidden cave. Enter this cave to find the next Oyster Bed. |
| 5 |  Leave the area and make your way to the waters with the huge skeleton. The next node should be close to the southern edge of this area. |
| 6 |  Look for the next gathering point in the same area. |
| 7 |  Leave the area by climbing and using Wirebugs and then go to the next node located between Areas 8 and 10. |
| 8 |  Make your way to Area 10 and look for the eighth node. You may stay on the water or pass through the cliffs to get there. |
| 9 |  Keep moving by following the edge of the mountain or staying on the water, and you'll arrive at the next gathering point. |
| 10 |  The final Oyster Bed is underground in Area 12. Look for it around the waters in the area. |

Collecting Raftshells only yields 18 Kamura points each. This is not worth it, given that there are only a few of them in Frost Islands.
Raftshells doesn't provide a high enough points to justify gathering for Kamura Points. However, they are a key item for the “Plump and Juicy” Quest so knowing their location is important.
