Can You Roll Capture Master via Qurious Armor Crafting?
NO. Capture Master is not obtainable as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.
Best Armor Augments and Armor Recommendations
Gives a Chance For More Capture Rewards
Capturing normally guarantees two rewards with a small chance for a third. Capture Master slightly increases the chance of the extra reward and even gives a chance for four rewards. Since it's still chance based, you might still get two rewards after capturing.
Only Works When Joining and Finishing Quests
The description states that it will not work when joining mid-quest. What this means is you can't change into gear with Capture Master once you're already in a quest. If you enter a quest with Capture Master and then change it with a different skill, it will still deactivate, so you'll have to finish the quest with it.
Joining quests mid-way will still work as long as you enter and finish the quest with Capture Master. Feel free to equip the skill when you're helping out with Join Requests.
