After hunting the smallest and cutest Zinogre in this event quest you will be rewarded with Dog Bolts. This will be used in the Buddy Smithy as a forging material in the making the Rush Costume Special Palamute Layered armor.
Since this is a collab with CAPCOM, completing this quests lets you forge the Rush Costume!
You will need four (4) Dog Bolts and two (2) Zinogre Scrap+ in forging this set. Also note that like most special layered armors you only need to forge one part to complete the Rush Palamute set.
