Can You Roll Charge Master via Qurious Armor Crafting?
YES. Charge Master can be obtained as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.

Testing Charge Master at different levels with the Heavy Bowgun yielded no noticeable differences in elemental and status buildup.

Anonymous over 1 yearAfter testing myself HBG gets about 1.01% increase. My wyvern fire does almost 20 damage more with the skill equip but still probably not worth it.

I test it with HBG dragon ammon, its looks like about 5/6/7% based on skill level. 5% i assume from 5% of lv 3 elemntal exploits, when i ditch lv 2 gem Elements exploit with charge master lv 2, its above 5% and when i give lv 3 charge master it add little bit more damage into it.
