If you ever regretted upgrading a weapon, you will be glad to know about the rollback feature. Find out what rollback is and how to rollback weapons by reading on!

What is Rollback?

Downgrading Your Weapon

Smithy.png

After you've upgraded your weapon in a certain tree, you can always go back to the Smithy and rollback, all the way to the start of the tree. From rollbacking, you gain back all the materials you upgraded it with. Now you can repurpose those materials into other weapons or armor.

However, it should be noted that you do not gain back the zenny (money) you upgraded it with. In fact, you'll need to pay 10z each time you rollback a weapon.

Also, if there is more than one forging checkpoint along a tree, and you started on the one further along, you cannot rollback past the checkpoint you started from.

How to Rollback Weapons

1
Go to the Smithy and go the weapon you want to rollback.
2
In the same tree, the weapon you upgraded your current weapon from should have a yellow arrow above it. Select it!
3
Once you select it, a small menu will pop up. When you hover over the Rollback option, the materials that will be refunded as well as the zenny required to rollback will be displayed below the weapon image.
4 Select the Rollback option, then say yes when it asks you for confirmation. But make sure that you're sure! Then voila, you should get the materials back, ready to be used elsewhere.

How to Rollback Rampage Skills

1
Go to the Smithy, then choose Ramp-Up Weapons > Set Rampage Skills.
2
Choose the weapon you want to rollback the Rampage Skill of.
3
There will be a list of Rampage Skills available for your weapon. The previous Rampage Skills you had equipped should be at the bottom, marked with a yellow arrow symbol. Take note that you'll need materials and zenny to rollback Rampage Skills!
4 Make sure that you're ready to rollback the Rampage Skill, then say yes when it asks you to confirm your choice. Then tada, you should have your old Rampage Skill back!

Can You Rollback Armor?

Armor Cannot Be Rollbacked

Upgrade Your Armor.png

Armor pieces can be upgraded with Armor Spheres. Once you upgrade, you won't have a chance to get the Armor Spheres back, or the unupgraded version of your armor pieces. If you want unupgraded armor, you will have to craft a brand new armor piece at the Smithy.
