Higher numbers indicate higher potential damage to the monster.
When battling Seregios, watch out for flanking aerial movements, and vicious hind leg attacks. The razor-like scales they launch from all over their body can inflict Bleeding if too many connect, increasing future damage as you attack or evade. Make sure you go in knowing how to deal with this status.

Seregios primarily inflicts the bleed status when it attacks with its claws and bladescales. Bleed fills out a meter that if kept uncheck, will deal extra damage on the next received attack.
Heal the bleed status by crouching for a short time or eating Sushifish.
Sushifish Location: How to Get and Uses
Normal | Enraged |
---|---|
Seregios' bladescales are known to stand up when enraged. This mode unlocks new ranged attacks that causes bleeding so be extra careful when it's enraged!
Like most Wyverns, using Flash Bombs while Seregios is flying will cause it to fall down to the ground. Use this to get free hits!
Seregios mostly attacks by swooping down using its mighty talons. This is a high risk, high reward move for Seregios though as the sheer pressure of swooping down leaves Seregios unable to act for a short time. Use this opening to sneak in a few attacks.
Name | Description |
---|---|
Claw Scratch | Seregios will scratch enemies beneath it with its talons. |
Bladescale Shots | Seregios uses its sharp scales as darts to inflict Bleed on enemies caught in the line of fire. |
Bladescale Prison | Seregios traps an enemy on the ground, then targets a barrage of bladescales for maximum damage. |
Claw Dives | Seregios uses its strong, sharp talons to quickly swoop down towards enemies on the ground. |
Claw Scratch Attack Information |
---|
Claw Scratch: Seregios will swipe its claws to damage any Hunter staying under it for too long. This move does not deal huge damage but can knock back some Hunters if they're not careful. Evade to the side when Seregios does this. |
Seregios raises its sharp scales and fires them at hunters. The scales can come from its head or its tail when it swings it around. Letting too many scales hurt you will inflict Bleeding.
Bladescale Shots Variations |
---|
Fanning Bladescale Shots: Throws Bladescales like a dart, both from Seregios' head and tail. This attack procs Bleed. Simply roll to the side whenever Seregios does this or try going between the Bladescales - if you can. |
Tailing Bladescale Shots: Seregios will sweep its long tail first before flying up and scaterring Bladescales. This move is a great zoning tool for the follow up Talon Swoop that deals huge damage. |
Bladescale Prison Attack Information |
---|
Bladescale Prison: Seregios swoops down to lock a Hunter on the ground, then punishes them by targeting a barrage of Bladescale unto them. When you're caught with this attack, simple wirefall away to save yourself from the succeeding Bladescale barrage. |
Seregios boasts its supreme acrobatic abilities and strong hind claws by executing claw dives that deal huge damage. Know how each attack look like to effectively evade them!
Claw Dive Variations |
---|
Double Claw Dive: A stronge double-attack from Seregios that deals huge damage if both connects. Whenever Seregios takes to the skies, check if it's facing in front with both talons facing you. If yes, then it's gonna perform a double claw dive so continue evading and only attack after the second one! |
Strong Claw Swoop: Seregios winds up and poses sideways from above, then swoops down with a mighty force. Usually deals a lot of damage! Look at Seregios and check if it's facing sidewards. If yes, then it's gonna use this strong single-shot move. |
