Skill Effect
Increases your attack and defense when you fall in battle. (Disabled for some quests. Can stack twice.)
Level Effect by Level
1 Increases attack by 10% and defense by 15% with each use.

Can You Roll Fortify via Qurious Armor Crafting?

YES. Fortify can be obtained as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.
