Though the official How to Unlock
states that you need to have completed many High Rank quests
, you actually need to complete all of the High Rank Hub Quests to get this award. This includes Advanced quests, including the ones for the Fan of True Ascendancy, and the individual Apex Monster quests. Event Quests are NOT needed to complete this award.
High rank quests are exclusively found at the Gathering Hub, starting from ★4 hub quests. You'll know you completed all the quests within that star level if a red check mark appears on it.
If a blue check mark appears instead, that means you have finished all the quests currently available to you, but haven't unlocked all the quests yet.
