Heroics Effects

Skill Effect
Increases attack power and defense when health drops to 35% or lower.
Level Effect by Level
1 While active, increases defense by 50 points.
2 Attack +5% and defense +50 while active.
3 Attack +5% and defense +100 while active.
4 Attack +10% and defense +100 while active.
5 While active, attack power +30% and defense-increasing effects are negated.

Can You Roll Heroics via Qurious Armor Crafting?

YES. Heroics can be obtained as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.

Best Armor Augments and Armor Recommendations

You lose Defense bonus at Lv. 5

Heroics provides a last line of defense stats for hunters that are on critical HP. However, at Lv. 5, you completely lose all these bonuses in exchange of a massive 30% bonus attack when your HP reaches critical threshhold.

Defense Boosting effects still work at Lv. 5!

Despite the misleading tooltip, defense-boosting effects like Armorskins, Hunting Horn Defense boosts, and every other defense boosting effect in the game will still work!
