YES. Marathon Runner can be obtained as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.

Synergizes with the Bow and Dual Blades

Stamina Heavy weapons synergizes well with Marathon Runner. Marathon Runner indirectly extends the duration of Demon Mode by reducing its stamina consumption and it also allows the bow to get more charges by reducing the bow's stamina consumption when charging attacks.
