Increases defense when monsters become enraged.
Level Effect by Level
1 While active, nullfies weak roars, wind pressure and tremors.
2 While active, nullfies weak roars, wind pressure and tremors. Reduces all strong ones, def +5.
3 While active, nullfies weak and strong roars, wind pressure and tremors, def +10.
4 While active, nullfies weak and strong roars, wind pressure and tremors, reduces powerful roars and d. wind, def +20.
5 While active, nullfies weak, strong and powerful and strong roars, wind & dragon wind, and tremors, def +30.

Can You Roll Defiance via Qurious Armor Crafting?

YES. Defiance can be obtained as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.

Gain Defensive Buffs Against Enraged Monsters

Defiance acts like the defensive version of Agitator, activating whenever a monster becomes enraged. What's unique about this skill is that it can negate powerful roars and dragon wind, something that Earplugs and Windproof can't do.

MH Rise Sunbreak - Defiance Active Orange Arm

You'll know Defiance is active when your left arm glows orange, much like how Agitator makes it glow red. Consider getting this skill even at Level 1, as its decoration should be easy to slot in many builds.
