Get the new armor set and talisman through Senri the Mailman after installing Update 3.5. CAPCOM explained that this set is meant for new players wanting to progress fast in the main game.

The Legacy Talisman provides a level 1 Hunger Resistance and a level 1 Wall Runner. Decent for early game grinding but you will have way better talismans once you progress in the Hub Quests and when Kagero opens the Melding option in the Market Place.

Vase of Vitality	Places a vase that heals various status ailments. Stand in the smoke to receive its effects.
Furbidden Acorn	Heals a Buddy and temporarily prevents loss of its health.
Health Horn	Greatly recovers Buddy and player health.

MEOW LIMIT! is great for hunters who are looking for the perfect healer Palico, with all of its moves being of the healing-type. All of its skills are also extremely defensive, so if you're looking to beef up your defenses, MEOW LIMIT! is a great candidate!

Fleet-foot Feat	Draws a monster's attention, skillfully evades their attack, then mounts a counter attack.
Furr-ious	Your Palico becomes fur-ious. In this state, their attack power increases drastically.

Yasu is easily the frontrunner for a fight-type Palico his skills and equipped moves, once unlocked, make a great offense-focused Palico much like MHC Palamute.

Mimi also starts at Level 35, and is equipped with a ton of useful moves and skills! Remember to talk to Senri the Mailman to unlock her at the Buddy Handler.

Part of Update 3.1's bonus DLC is Wanogre the green Palamute! Unlock it after talking to Senri the Mailman starting July 23rd. You may get him through Buddy Handler Iori or in the Buddy Scout.

Wanogre, for a lv. 35 Palamute, have a good set of skills such as Critical Up (L), Elemental Attack Up (L), and Attack Up (L)! Train him in the Buddy Dojo to increase his stats quickly.

Buy From Nintendo eShop and Steam

You can purchase MH Rise & Sunbreak DLCs from the Nintendo eShop which you can easily access from the Courier, AKA Senri the Mailman in MH Rise, or the Courier in Sunbreak.

You can also purchase the DLCs and other content in Steam! You can just go to the Store section of your Steam app or browser and look up any DLC you wish to purchase.

Access Through Add-on Content

After purchasing the DLC, you can claim them from the Add-on Content option. Be sure to download it from here as it won't be reflected in your inventory just by purchasing it.
