Take on two collab quests—USJ - Arzuros Onslaught! and the USJ - Shrine Showdown!—starting January 21st, 2022 to get Azure Era Seals and Azure Era Gems, items needed to unlock the armor sets and weapons below. This event will be available for PC around late February 2022.

Sonic the Hedgehog Collab Released on November 26th

The Sonic collab offers two new event quests. Completing these quests unlocks the Sonic Wear for Hunters, the Sonic Costume for Palicoes, and the Canyne Tails for Palamutes. Unlock these cool new layered armors starting November 26, 2021.

Event quests and roadmaps will be announced by the official Monster Hunter Twitter account when upcoming or available for download. All the event quests are also posted on their official website.

As of the Bonus Update, all event quests will be released by July 27, 2023. All event quests will remain playable even after this date, so don't worry about missing out!

How to Download and Play Event Quests

Download from the Courier

Event Quests will be available for download from the Courier in Steelworks in the Add-on Content section. Select the Event Quest you wish to download and it will be added to the the Gathering Hub.

Once the desired Event Quests have been downloaded, they will appear in the Gathering Hub for easy selection.

Can Be Played Offline

Once an Event Quest has been downloaded, it can be played Solo offline as many times as the player likes. Hunters won't need to worry about slow internet connections and lag when playing Event Quests! You will only need the Nintendo Switch Online subscription when you want to play it with other hunters online!
