The main purpose of Account Items is to accumulate Kamura Points. Like zenny, Kamura Points is another in-game currency that is used in the canteen, melder, Meowcenaries, and Argosy. Every account item has a definite number of points gained whenever you return from quests so gather these materials to rack up some Kamura Points!
Some requests tasks you to gather or deliver account items! These requests unlock quality-of-life features like new Dango flavors or extra Submarines in the Argosy so never take these for granted!
