Since Monster Hunter Rise's is completely playable in Handheld mode the Nintendo Switch Lite can run Monster Hunter Rise!
You can play anywhere!
The Lite is cheaper than the normal Nintendo Switch.
One of the advantages of using a Nintendo Switch Lite is its portability. You can take it outside more easily because it is smaller than the normal Nintendo Switch! As long as there is an avaliable wifi connection you'll be able to hop online and hunt with friends and other hunters on the go.
The Nintendo Switch Lite is around $100 cheaper than the Nintendo Switch. If you want to play Monster Hunter Rise with as little expense as possible, you may want to consider the Nintendo Switch Lite.
Controls are quite difficult to use.
The screen is small.
Cannot be docked.
Compared to the normal Nintendo Switch, the Nintendo Switch Lite has a smaller screen. For some, this could be a detriment considering how Monster Hunter games require environmental awareness. Some settings can be tweaked for this one though to improve your overall experience.
Some people find the Nintendo Switch Lite difficult to use because the buttons are quite small. However, once you get used to it and have tweaked certain settings, your experience might improve.
If you really dislike the Nintendo Switch Lite's small buttons, you can use an external controller like the Nintendo Pro Controller!

Each upgrade level adds 2 points to defense. Depending on rarity the armor will have different levels to max up to. Take the total levels minus one and multiply by 2 to get the total defense plus what the armor started with.
