Frocium is found only in Master Rank Frost Islands mining nodes. You'll be able to mine them from both blue and white mining outcrops!

Try to get Lv. 3 Geologist to maximize the number of items you harvest from nodes! Also look out for an upsurge in mining outcrops.

You can also use your Palamute when you go on expeditions to farm certain items as you can use their Sniff 'em Out! ability to help you look for farming nodes!
