NO. Thunder Alignment is not obtainable as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.

Ibushi Soul Grants Defense

With the Ibushi Soul ramp up skill, you can get bonus defense stats depending on the number of armor pieces you equip from the Narwa armor set. This bonus can go to up to 30 defense and is a nice bonus if you wish to equip the full Narwa Set.

Good luck increases the chance of more material drops, while Fortunate allow higher chance of Rare item drops, such as Plates and Orbs

Ive seen rare drops more common with this set on, ive been using it to farm Orbs and Plates. I’ll keep testing, but even on Rampage ive been getting plates and orbs from multiple monsters at once.
