Skill Effect
Increases attack power when your weapon sharpness is low.
Level Effect by Level
1 +5% attack power when your weapon sharpness gauge is yellow or lower.
2 +10% attack power when your weapon sharpness gauge is yellow or lower.
3 +10% attack power when your weapon sharpness gauge is green or lower.

Can You Roll Bludgeoner via Qurious Armor Crafting?

NO. Bludgeoner is not obtainable as an extra skill on your armor when you try rolling for skills via Qurious Armor Crafting.
