List of Contents
Chameleos is confirmed to be returning in the first free title update of Monster Hunter Rise. This dragon's favorite pastime is to turn invisible and steal Ancient Potions from hunters! We are looking forward to its return since MHGU!
Amatsumagatsuchi first appeared in Monster Hunter Portable 3rd. It is a powerful Elder Dragon with the ability to manipulate storms during its fight. We honestly want Amatsu because of the sheer beauty of the whole fight as well as the BGM.
The overall Japanese-theme for this monster fits very well with Monster Hunter Rise so we expect it to return!
Nergigante first appeared in Monster Hunter World and became an instant classic. It is one of those monsters with a mechanic that keeps Hunters on their toes! With the confirmation of New World monsters appearing in the game, we expect Nergigante to be there are well!
Valstrax is the flagship monster of MHGU and its fast movement and cool design made it very popular with fans. With the introduction of Wyvern Riding, who wouldn't want to ride a rocket all over the map?
Monster Hunter has always introduced a new elder dragon for every release. Because of this, we expect a new Elder Dragon to appear in the game!

At the end of the Kamura's Hope trailer, CAPCOM teased a flying monster that appears after the Rampage. It looks a lot like Amatsumagatsuchi and it looks like the monster on the silhouette behind the Monster Hunter Rise logo!
Pitfall and Shock Traps simply don't affect Elder Dragons. We recommend just straight up refrain from using them to save resources.
Depending on the Elder Dragon, status ailments have virtually no effect against them. Before any hunt, try checking your Hunter's Notes for details about the Elder Dragon to help you prepare!
Introduced in Monster Hunter World (MHW), Dragonseal is the ability of a weapon to weaken an Elder Dragon's damage output. If you are fighting an Elder Dragon, try using a weapon with Dragonseal!

Is April 20 confirmed?? Where’d u get the date
Player list provides all of their equipment information. But honestly that doesn't really matter mid hunt. Don't add DPS trackers. It gets really annoying hunting with someone thats just shouting out the damage numbers all hunt
