Finish the Back to the Grind Quest

You need to complete the Back to the Grind quest to join Ryujin Industries. The Back to the Grind quest triggers when you encounter a Ryujin Industries kiosks where you can apply for a job. Any Kiosk will do as long as they're working.

The nearest kiosk you'll most likely encounter is on New Atlantis, in between the Freestar Collective Embassy and Outland shop.

Your Choices During Job Application Won't Matter

During the job application, your answers won't have an effect on the outcome of the quest.

You can still get in even if you picked the "worst" answers like having zero knowledge about Ryujin Industries or having a criminal record. Your point of contact Imogene Salzo will just tell you on that the system made a mistake getting you in.
