You can find the Hope Family Tree book on Ron Hope's desk at HopeTech. Stealing this book unlocks an activity where you can visit the Los Angeles Landmark on Earth.
If Ron Hope's office is locked, you can head to the building's factory floor and head up the stairs leading to the backdoor of his office.
You can get to Hopetown simply by jumping to Polvo in the Valo star system.
However, you will be scanned for contraband before you land so be sure to make the proper smuggling prep if you have any on your ship.

You can get the Drydock Blues: HopeTech radiant quest by talking to Inaya Rehman inside the HopeTech factory. This is a delivery quest similar to the one found at Deimos Staryard.
