Talk to Marko Jansen in Akila City in the Cheyenne star system. He is usually located in The Stretch, wandering near the Low House.
Tell him that you want to help him and his family and he'll mention that his wife has a cousin in the United Colonies that may be able to help them.
Milena Alexrod is located aboard her ship, the Dalliance, and is orbiting a random planet within the Cheyenne star system.
A total of 3 Crimson Fleet ships will attack her as soon as you try to make contact, and you'll need to defeat them so that you can board her ship.
Board the Dalliance and speak to Milena who is thankful for helping her defeat the pirates. Mention that Marko Jansen and his family needs her help.
Milena will agree to help, but she'll mention that she needs help lifting removing her from Akila City's blacklist. She'll mention that you can either talk to Tom Starret, a fixer in the Trade Authority, or speak to Mayor Cartwright directly.
Head back to Akila City and you can either talk to Tom Starret and pay 1000 Credits to remove Milena from the blacklist.
Alternatively, you can talk to Mayor Cartwright who will require 5000 Credits, but you can Persuade him to remove Milena from the blacklist at no cost!
Head back to Marko Jansen to tell him the good news and he'll mention that Milena has made him her official importer.
Complete his dialogue to finish the quest and receive 75 EXP and leveled amount of credits.
