Bethesda has also confirmed that the patch rolled out on September 13 contains improvements when it comes to stability and performance for all platforms. Most notably, it includes a fix to reduce random game crashes, a frequent complaint for most PC users.
All Bugs, Glitches, and Known Issues
The 1.7.29 patch also includes fixes for the quests listed above. Before the patch was deployed, these quests could prevent players from progressing the game if their respective bugs occurred!
As mentioned by Bethesda, they are working on Creations, a built-in mod support that should work across all platforms similar to Skyrim and Fallout 4. This support is expected to launch early next year!
According to Bethesda, they are working with Nvidia, AMD, and Intel on driver support. This means that each update will include new stability and performance improvements so that all players can have the best experience possible when playing Starfield!
