The Lodge's Basement

Starfield - The Lodge Pharmaceutical Lab
You'll be able to find this pharmaceutical lab, along with other workbenches, in The Lodge's basement. The basement will be accessible after completing the first main quest, One Small Step.

Chemistry 		When crafted by the skilled and safety conscious, chems can be used to enhance health and performance across the Settled Systems.
