How to Use Armor Quality Level IDs

Similar to Armor Modifier IDs, Quality Level IDs can be added to armors via Console Commands. Make sure you use the correct Quality Level ID depending on the type of armor piece you wish to modify.

To increase the Quality Level of an armor piece, follow these steps:

1. Drop the armor on the ground.
2. Press the tilde (~) key to open the console.
3. Click on the armor to get REFID / Reference ID.
4. Type in the command(s) and hit enter. You can press Up key to show the previous command so you only have to change the MODID.
5. Exit the console with the tilde (~) key.

How to Use Weapon Quality Level IDs

As with Armor Modifier IDs, Quality Level IDs can be added added to weapons as well via Console Commands. Make sure you use the correct Quality Level ID for the weapon you are modifying.

Take note that Unique Weapons and Melee Weapons cannot be upgraded using this method. To increase the Quality Level of a weapon, follow these steps:

1. Drop the weapon on the ground.
2. Press the tilde (~) key to open the console.
3. Click on the weapon to get REFID / Reference ID.
4. Type in the command(s) and hit enter. You can press Up key to show the previous command so you only have to change the MODID.
5. Exit the console with the tilde (~) key.

Quality Level Stacking

Stack Quality Levels for Correct Stats

For your modified equipment to get the correct stats, you'll need to properly stack Quality Levels. For example, if you want to upgrade a helmet from Base to Superior Quality, you'll need to upgrade it four times as follows:

1. Base to Calibrated: FF00BB78.amod 11E2B6
2. Calibrated to Refined: FF00BB78.amod 11E2B7
3. Refined to Advanced: FF00BB78.amod 11E2B8
4. Advanced to Superior: FF00BB78.amod 3AF80

Skipping Quality Levels will give your equipment lower stats, so modify accordingly!
