You will be prompted to choose between giving the evidence to Louisa or Zoe during the Alternating Currents quest. Learn about all the available choices, the consequences of each choice, and which choice is best!

Give Louisa the Evidence Quest ends normally
Give Zoe the Evidence Louisa says she's disappointed in you, then quest ends.

After you obtain the evidence from the apartment, you can choose between giving it to Louisa whom you've worked with from the start of the quest, or Zoe who promises you a fee in exchange for the information.

The choice comes during the last part of Alternating Currents, and handing the evidence to any one of them will end the quest.

Give the Evidence to Louisa

Since Louisa was the one who originally asked for your help, the morally correct choice would be to give the evidence to Louisa, instead of Zoe who just bribed you behind Louisa's back.

The rewards will stay the same regardless of your choice, with the only difference being Louisa telling you that she is disappointed in you, should you decide to give Zoe the evidence.
