1. Talk to Imogene
After completing the previous quest, Sowing Discord, talk to Imogene again for a yet another sabotage-type mission.
2. Travel to HopeTech
Travel to Polvo in the Valo System and land on HopeTown. Walk inside HopeTech through the entrance to your right (marked on your HUD) to proceed.
3. Plant the ARC Device
Navigate through the lobby and head to the factory hangar in the back, then enter the marked spacecraft. Climb the ladder inside to reach a terminal in a small chamber. Wait for any nearby guard to walk out of the room, then plant the ARC device at the access point.
There is no digipicking required for this task, but there are patrolling guards that you should look out for before planting the ARC.
4. Return to Imogene at Ryujin Tower
Take off for Volii Alpha and report back to Imogene to complete the quest and receive your rewards, as well as your next task: Maintaining the Edge.
